Service Support

Key skills and characteristics required for the job:

• Familiar with service support basics
• Patience in customer interaction
• Minimal familiarity with monitoring concepts
• Minimal familiarity with the Internet of Things
• Graduates from reputable universities are in priority
• Active, motivated, and good team spirit
• Interested and committed to the long-term activities in the country
• People with a completion card or permanent exemption of military service are in priority
• Resident of Tehran

Type of cooperation:

• Full-time

Income and working conditions:  

• All personnel will be insured with any kind of cooperation.
• The amount of monthly income and benefits for full-time employees ranges from 80 million IRR to 400 million IRR according to the experience and technical ability.
• The official working hours are Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 6 pm and you must be present for 9 hours for a full day during this period. Of course, it is possible to work overtime in other hours, but restrictions on working during the official hours of the company are valid for all types of cooperation. 
• Applicants for this job opportunity should be available to stay in the workplace during night shifts and vacations.
