Implementation & Support Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Platform Implementation and Installation
• Install and configure the Moein Monitoring Platform on servers, systems, and infrastructure equipment.
• Customize the platform to meet the specific needs of clients.
2. Technical Support
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the monitoring platform.
• Identify and troubleshoot infrastructure-related monitoring problems.
• Address and respond to customer support requests.
3. Training and Technical Consultation
• Train end-users and system administrators on optimal platform usage.
• Offer technical advice on selecting the most appropriate monitoring tools to meet organizational needs.
4. Testing and Troubleshooting
• Conduct thorough tests and troubleshoot monitoring systems before full implementation.
• Detect and fix errors and platform issues within specified timeframes.
5. Collaboration with Technical Teams
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure the platform performs correctly.
• Investigate and report complex problems, proposing improvement solutions.
6. Documentation
• Document implementation processes and support guidelines for future reference.
• Generate regular performance reports and update internal documentation.

Skills and Requirements

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, etc.).
• Proficiency in analyzing and resolving server, network, and software issues.
• Experience in configuring and deploying IT solutions and monitoring platforms.
• Ability to work with Linux and Windows systems.
• Skilled in software testing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients.
